Commercial Fit-Outs
A fit-out is a hundred decisions that all have to land in the right order. We carry every one of them — scope, trades, joinery, finishes, handover — so you carry none.

The approach
Every project starts on paper: the tenancy drawings, the landlord or centre requirements, the services already in the slab and ceiling, and the date the doors have to open. We resolve the sequence before anyone orders material, because a fit-out that starts right finishes right.
From there one team runs the job — the same people who priced it manage the trades, the joinery fabrication and the finishing detail. No handoffs between a sales office and a delivery crew, and no surprises in the final fortnight.
Services are where fit-outs are won or lost, so electrical, hydraulic and mechanical coordination is resolved against the room’s real layout — counter positions, equipment loads, drainage falls — before the frame goes up. Stakeholders get the same treatment: landlords, centre management and building managers are engaged early, with their requirements written into the program rather than discovered halfway through it.
The last fortnight is planned as carefully as the first. Defect inspections run trade by trade against the drawings, finishes are checked under the room’s actual lighting, and handover lands as a finished space ready for its first day of trade — not a list of things to come back for.

Common questions
- Do you work from our drawings or produce your own?
- Either. If you have architectural or shopfitting drawings we build from them; if you don’t, we work with you and your designer to get the documentation right before pricing.
- Can you work inside a trading centre or live environment?
- Yes — most of our portfolio was delivered inside operating shopping centres and hospitals, with out-of-hours sequencing and stakeholder coordination built into the program.
- What information do you need to price a fit-out?
- The site or tenancy, the business type, drawings if they exist, and your timing. That is enough for a first conversation about scope and program.
- Does a commercial fit-out include custom joinery?
- It can — counters, displays, shelving, feature walls and storage are usually the joinery-led heart of the scope, fabricated to drawing and installed by the same team running the fit-out.
- Do you take Western Australian projects?
- WA enquiries are open and reviewed from the first conversation. Send the site, business type and timing and we confirm the right path — the projects on this record are east-coast work, shown as method proof.
