02Services index
Six trades, carried by one team.
Every service below is a discipline we run end-to-end — priced, programmed and delivered by the same people. Open any entry for the full scope.
The index runs the way the workshop does: the fit-out disciplines first, then the joinery that details them and the sectors they serve. Six sheets, each carrying its approach, scope of works, environments and the project records that prove it.
01The index
Every trade, sheet by sheet
Commercial Fit-Outs
End-to-end fit-out delivery for business spaces — from stripped shell to trading day.
One team carries the project from scope review through trades, joinery, finishes and handover. Retail tenancies, hospitality rooms, offices and healthcare-adjacent spaces — coordinated, sequenced and finished to trade. Scope is reviewed against the tenancy drawings before pricing, and the program is sequenced so the doors open on the date they were promised.

Sheet 01 / 06Shop Fit-Outs & Shopfitting
Shopfitters at heart — counters, displays, service lines and everything behind them.
Shopfitting is where Signature started and it shows: point-of-sale counters, display walls, back-of-house storage and shopfront presentation, built to survive real trading. Set out to the millimetre and built for stocking, cleaning and trade — it is still the discipline the whole practice measures itself by.

Sheet 02 / 06Custom Joinery
The detail layer — benches, screens, feature walls and one-off pieces made to drawing.
Custom joinery is the difference between a space that photographs well and one that works every day. Counters, cabinetry, timber screens, feature elements — fabricated to drawing, installed to fit. Most of it is fabricated off-site and arrives ready to land, which is how tight programs keep their finish.

Sheet 03 / 06Retail Fit-Outs
Shopping-centre tenancies and street-front stores, built around customer flow.
Entry sightlines, counter position, display reach, stock access — retail rooms planned around how people actually move and buy, then delivered within centre rules and trading hours. From food-court kiosks to health retail, the record covers tenancies that trade hard from day one.

Sheet 04 / 06Hospitality & Cafe Fit-Outs
Cafes, bars and food tenancies — front-of-house theatre, back-of-house discipline.
Service flow under pressure: coffee stations, food prep, queues, seating and the services behind them. From hospital cafes on 48-hour programs to neighbourhood bars with commissioned murals. Front-of-house theatre, back-of-house discipline — and the services coordination that keeps both honest.

Sheet 05 / 06Healthcare-Adjacent Fit-Outs
Cafes, florists and retail inside hospitals — delivered around live clinical operations.
Hospital environments demand more: health-guideline discipline, building-management coordination, out-of-hours sequencing and zero disruption to care. Our hospital-precinct portfolio runs from Royal Melbourne to Canberra. All of it healthcare-adjacent by honest design — that clear scope is why the team keeps being invited back.
